This project represents an expansion to Woolooware Shores Retirement Village at Taren Point completed in September 2020. The development built across a number of stages provides 183 retirement living units and 48 residential aged care beds across six buildings. The first two buildings have been completed providing 42 units and 48 residential care beds.

This development has reinvigorated the waterfront, offering a diverse range of community facilities connecting back into the existing foreshore activity, including chapel, salon, spa, theatre, meeting and multipurpose rooms. These spaces are strategically integrated and distributed throughout the site to maximize connections to landscaped common areas.

The mix of community spaces and generous apartments with a high standard of finish has offered a premium lifestyle retirement village to the Southerland Shire.
